3rd Quarter of 2023 ❤️

Watched her volleyball game this afternoon against ISM. Their team won and Anika played well ❤️ On the way home she said, “Game, kwentuhan time!”. And nagkwento ng nagkwento talaga siya. We had dinner after and did a post game analysis. Her play has improved a lot since last year 🏐 I love spending time with her. She said kanina I was the best mom. Maiyak iyak ako. It erased all my self doubt as a mother. When things are tough, I think of her and I persevere ❤️ I love you, sweetheart @urfavniks

People have been telling me that I look better. I feel better din kasi. Ang laking bagay when the meds were withdrawn. I’m taking konting konti na lang. The negative feelings do still come - in waves. Everyday, meron. But I was taught in my counseling sessions to ride them. Wag daw labanan. Ride and then think that these feelings are temporary. Mawawala din. True naman. It’s still not easy but this one I should carry because this is the load God has given me. One of my friends told me bilib daw siya sa akin. She has experienced din kasi how difficult going through a mental illness. How am I able to do it na sobrang debilitating pero I work, run a household and be a mom?! Then there was a time when 2 weeks ako naghardcore LBM ako pero pumapasok pa din ako. I told her, wala, si God na talaga lahat yun. I could not have done all those by myself. It was not possible. Matagal na sana ako bumigay. But God carried me through it. He still is carrying me through it now. Sinasabi ko sa inyo, ang laking bagay, mga bakla, ng dasal 🙏🏼 My favorite verse: Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.

British School Manila League 2023 preliminaries 🏐 CSA won 3 out of 3 games today ❤️💛 Anika played starting libero in all 3 games. Nakakaproud to see her progress talaga. Galing sa scratch yan. Homegrown from the legendary Coach Grace Vita. She still has a lot to improve on and I can’t wait to see her reach her potential ❤️💛

It’s past 10pm on a Friday night and tatakamin ko kayo with the food that I have tried and like the past weeks 🤤 1. Chicken Kebab with butter rice of @thecafemed is something I order all the time with.. 2. their famous humus ☺️ I tried it the first time kanina with the whole wheat pita and it was good. Feeling ko lang quota na ako sa gluten today sa kapal nung pita nila From @kaninclubph these are the must try dishes for me: 3. Turon ala mode that will make you question all other turons out there 4. Crispy Dinuguan na mapapahawak ka na lang sa batok mo sa sarap 5. Sisig which is no Manam but lumalaban din 6. the Sinigang na Sinangag (yep you read it right!) which is also Anika’s favorite. You have to try it to understand why it’s sooo good! 7. @thewholesometable ‘s banoffee cake and.. 8. their Mochi donut that’s so chewy and delicious especially when paired with hot tea 9. @sofitelmanila ‘s pana cotta with gold thingies 😅 and 10. their Auro dark chocolate brownies that is so rich baka magpalpitate ka either sa sarap or sa dami ng caffeine hehe #MommyFleurLikes #MommyFleurInstaBlog

Congratulations CSA Girls High School Volleyball Varsity Team for a back to back win against Miriam College and ICA yesterday 🎉 I’m so proud of these girls. 3 of their teammates graduated and 3 transferred schools before this school year started. Malalakas yung 6 na yun. But this team persevered, winning 2 out of 2 games yesterday ❤️ @urfavniks I’m so proud of you sweetheart ❤️ Slowly but surely tayo.
