Repost from @staceynesbit99 • This was me back in 2020 suffering with cystic acne that persisted for just over a year. The doctors gave me creams, antibiotics and advised I should take the pill. They could not tell me the root cause of my acne. I could hardly look my own friends and family in the eye because I was too embarrassed and ashamed of how I looked. It wasn’t until I had almost given up looking for answers that I came across the “Liver Rescue” book by Anthony William and all the @medicalmedium books to follow. I cannot begin to thank him enough for what he has done for me. Beyond just healing my acne. I will continue to share the message🙏🏼❤️ @medicalmedium I cut out the harmful foods from my diet, EGGS🚫 GLUTEN🚫 & DAIRY🚫 which funnily enough I was actually told to eat to heal my acne. How wrong that was! You can heal❤️‍🩹 Tablets, pills, creams and antibiotics are not going to heal you. They are only temporary ‘fixes’ that only MASK a symptom or condition 💊🚫 We must fuel our body with the real healing tools it needs, provided to us by Mother Nature💚 FRUIT 🍌is healing VEGETABLES🥬are healing HONEY 🍯 is healing HERBS are healing🙏🏼🌿 #medicalmedium

Do You Have Acne? Have you heard that acne is hormonal? This is a common belief out there, but it’s not our hormones that cause acne. Hormonal times of our life can lower our immune system, which allows the true cause of acne–streptococcus–to gain a foothold. In this video, find out how this bacteria causes acne, foods to avoid if you have acne or wish to help prevent it, and read the New York Times best-selling book, Cleanse To Heal, for information on how to heal. Healing Holiday Salad This vibrant and delicious salad brings together the flavors of the holidays. With roasted butternut squash and brussels sprouts, on a bed of tender leafy greens and herbs, topped with the full flavor of a cranberry-orange sauce, this salad will truly satisfy! These ingredients all offer tremendous healing benefits also. Butternut squash is high in carotenoids that protect liver cells from damage. The glucose in this squash can stabilize the liver, allowing blood sugar to stabilize overall in the body. Leafy greens are an extremely cleansing tool for your liver that you can apply on a daily basis. They’re loaded with the mineral salts our brains and bodies need. Cranberries contain an anthocyanin that helps prevent oxidation in cells. The vitamin C in cranberries holds similarities to the rare vitamin C in tomatoes in that it increases the liver’s immune system strength. Healing Holiday Salad Ingredients: 3 cups peeled and diced butternut squash 3 cups halved brussels sprouts 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp sea salt (optional) 3 cups leafy greens, such as romaine lettuce 1/4 cup loosely-packed sage or parsley leaves 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tbsp raw honey 1/3 cup Cranberry Orange Sauce (stir in 1 tbsp maple syrup for additional sweetness if desired) Directions: Preheat oven to 430F/220C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the butternut squash and brussels sprouts to the baking sheet. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle sea salt on top (if using). Stir until evenly coated. Roast or steam for 15-25 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Remove from oven and set aside. In a medium-sized bowl, add the leafy greens, herbs, lemon juice, and raw honey. Toss until evenly coated. Place the leafy greens on a serving bowl or platter and top with roasted (or steamed) vegetables and cranberry-orange sauce. Serve immediately. Enjoy! Serves 2-3

Brussels Sprouts: Liver Purifier Brussels sprouts are loaded with nutrition. They’re wonderful for the joints and help with osteoporosis. Brussels sprouts help lower bad cholesterol, increase good cholesterol, purify the liver and other dense sponge organs such as the spleen. They also help purify the blood. An ultimate liver-cleansing food, Brussels sprouts provide a vast array of chemical compounds and phytonutrients. The sulfur compounds found specifically in brussels sprouts are different from those in any other food in the cruciferous family, as they’re derived from the large mother stalk upon which the little baby brussels sprouts grow. This is some of the most powerful, beneficial sulfur for the liver; it has the ability to help loosen hardened prison cells of poisons and inherited troublemaker toxins. Brussels sprouts’ sulfur has an ability unlike any other to cling to each poison and safely escort it out of the liver, whether through the kidneys, bile duct, or intestinal tract, staying bonded all the way until the troublemaker leaves the body. It’s a food rarity. How To Use: Raw brussels sprouts can be juiced or try them grated or shaved in salads. You can also enjoy them steamed, in stir-fries, and soups. They can also be enjoyed baked, however eating them raw or steamed will offer the most benefits. For more information on the healing properties of brussels sprouts and the symptoms and conditions they can help with, check out the New York Times best-selling book, Medical Medium Life-Changing Foods: Save Yourself and the Ones You Love with the Hidden Healing Powers of Fruits & Vegetables, and the other books in the Medical Medium series.

Alcohol-Free Mulled Wine🍷 This delicious mulled wine recipe is free of alcohol but full of flavor. The spices bring a rich and robust complexity to this drink, while the grape juice, cranberry juice and maple syrup provide a sweet base to hold the flavors. Sip this delicious drink on holidays, in cold weather, or anytime you want a fun way to sneak in more healing foods. While grapes are shunned for their high sugar content, we ought to think twice. That very sugar content in grapes helps revitalize the liver. They’re truly a longevity food, increasing the liver’s performance in every one of its over 2,000 chemical functions. The fruit acid unique to grapes is a great dissolver of gallstones— think about that the next time you eat some rather than worrying if there’s too much sugar or if they’ll make you gain weight. Weight gain is the last thing grapes create. Alcohol-Free Mulled Wine Ingredients: 2 cups red grape juice 3 cups cranberry juice 1/2 cup water 2 cinnamon sticks 2 Star anise 10 whole cloves 3 cardamom pods, slightly crushed 3 thick orange slices 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (optional) Directions: Add all ingredients to a medium-sized saucepan and simmer very gently for 30 minutes, until the flavors are infused. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes, then strain through a sieve and divide between mugs. Serve immediately. Serves 2-3 Find out more undiscovered properties of healing foods and how they support the liver, check out my NY Times bestselling book, Liver Rescue.

GINGERBREAD CAKE {GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, EGG-FREE, & FAT-FREE} This gingerbread cake is the perfect treat for a healthy holiday season as its gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, & fat-free! Packed with warming spices like ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, gingerbread cake is a well loved tradition that bring a lot of joy, warmth, and comfort to the holiday season. One of ginger’s special qualities is its ability to bring the body out of a reactive state by soothing nerves and muscles. Ginger helps bring balance and homeostasis, which is a wonderful aid during stressful times like the holiday season can be. Gingerbread Cake Ingredients: 2 cups gluten-free oat flour 1 cup brown rice flour 1 cup coconut sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp ground cardamom 1 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 3-4 tbsp maple syrup, for glazing 1/4 cup pomegranate arils, to serve (optional) Directions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180C). Line a 9-inch brownie pan with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free oat flour, brown rice flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, and ground cardamom. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix water and unsweetened applesauce. Stir until well combined. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Mix until you achieve a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the prepared 9-inch baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula for an even surface. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the gingerbread cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cake has cooled, brush maple syrup liberally on top. Slice and serve. Top each slice with a few pomegranate arils (optional). Servings - 6-8

The Miracle Of The Liver This is the liver book that has single-handedly changed and shaped the alternative and conventional health movement on the liver and how a stagnant sluggish unhealthy liver can be behind hundreds of symptoms and conditions. Do you or a loved one suffer with acne, weight gain, difficulty losing weight, eczema, psoriasis, diabetes, gout, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), high cholesterol, high blood pressure, brain fog, heart palpitations, bloating, gas, constipation, constant hunger, mood struggles, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), gallbladder problems, PANDAS, jaundice, fatty liver, or any autoimmune illness? If so, it means you have a sluggish liver and your liver is struggling. You might be surprised to hear this, especially if you have had liver tests done at the doctor’s office and the results came back normal. If you were to bring up the topic of liver problems, most people would only think about diseases like cirrhosis, hepatitis, or liver cancer. Some may think about fatty liver too but dismiss it as a problem they don’t have because they’ve never been told otherwise by a doctor or health practitioner or been given any reason to believe it could be an issue for them. Usually the liver only gets attention, and very briefly, when talking about alcohol and drug use. But the truth is that 9 out of 10 people today have a sluggish liver. And in 10 years, it will be 10 out of 10 for anyone who hasn’t learned the truth I have to share with you about sluggish liver and how to protect yourself. This is the undiscovered, life-saving information that I share with you in my Medical Medium Liver Rescue: Answers to Eczema, Psoriasis, Diabetes, Strep, Acne, Gout, Bloating, Gallstones, Adrenal Stress, Fatigue, Fatty Liver, Weight Issues, SIBO & Autoimmune Disease. Repost from @doreenconnorsart I completely healed my complex trauma and depersonalization with @medicalmedium info, protocols, 3:6:9 Advanced Cleanse, meditations, listening to #MedicalMedium lives and podcasts regularly, and reading/listening to the books. “The same MM info that heals the body, heals the soul.” (Paraphrasing Anthony William) It is nothing less than a miracle. I was in hypervigilance for many many months and the flashbacks (visual, emotional, and body) were constant. Removing tons of heavy metals from my body and brain has had a profound affect. I can’t begin to explain just how wonderful life is for me now. Plus shingles and EBV (both have many varieties) are 95% healed. I no longer suffer with chronic sciatic and nerve pain from “fibromyalgia”. I have some neurological conditions like tinnitus and tingles & numbness that are healing. When I do the 3:6:9 Advanced I always feel better, and it amplifies the supplements I take so I don’t need full doses during it. Much of my emotional healing went beyond any control I had over it... there was none... but the high frequency foods that MM recommends are highly highly supportive and healing and saw me through the worst of the emotional and physical pain far beyond any other modalities out there for trauma. That being said, it is helpful to have someone who is willing to listen...just listen and validate the traumatic experiences that come up. I found it extremely helpful to become aware of those experiences in order to transmute and transform them, naturally, with the ease that MM healing provides for us. Everyone has a different experience with trauma healing... I would go MM all the way, had I to do it over again. But it is no longer possible for me to be traumatized again. 🕊💥💛💗🌿🌀oh, and the #LightBlast is so helpful! I am a CSA and adult SV survivor, now thriver. I never believed I would say that. ❤️ Rewired for Connection: Knitting Herself Back Together (using gloves if I knit with copper wire! 😊Fine silver is preferred!)
