The Creamy Horseradish Dressing is perfect as a dressing or served on the side as a dipping sauce with vegetables. Gooey eggs, pepperoncini, and avocado take it to the next level. Plus, of course, my Marinated Onions . 2: 🎣 🥗Salmon Plate: Start with salmon or any fish you love, cut into large fingers. Sear for about three minutes or so a side. Here I’ve added blanched green beans, sweet potato crisps, pear tomatoes, and slices of cucumbers. I love this time of year with the hint of spring, and it makes me want to eat all kinds of green vegetables. Remember, a salad is only as good as your ingredients, which is why I like to cook with local and in season. This is topped off with my Marinated Red Onions . 3: 🥓🥗Quick Crab Cobb Salad: Bacon, hunks of avocado, cucumber, small pear tomatoes, tossed in a mandarin orange vinaigrette. Pick up your seafood from the fish store or grocery store, and while the bacon is cooking make your simple vinaigrette and cut your vegetables. As the bacon comes out of the oven, assemble your salad and drizzle with my delicious vinaigrette. So simple, so delicious, so soul satisfying. Sooo tasty 😍😍 2.1 piece of salmon with a sprinkle of garlic powder, pepper, salt, and lemon 🍋 squeezed on it cooked over medium heat for 3 mins on each side (get the pan hot first and add olive oil) + sautéed zoodles cooked for 3-4 mins over low medium heat in olive oil + 1/2 avocado 🥑 3.1 piece of skillet chicken leftover from a few meals ago (recipe a few posts back!) + easy broiled sweet potatoes 🍠 + 1/2 avocado 🥑 + tomatoes 🍅 4.leftover chickpea pasta 🍝 with 1 tbsp of avocado oil + 1 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp onion powder + sprinkle of red pepper flakes + leftover shrimp 🍤 with new bae seasoning + sautéed mushrooms and spinach + 1/2 avocado 🥑 . CAJUN SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE 👉 @ketopreprecipes 🔥😋 Tag a friend that loves shrimp 🍤 . Ingredients Recipe credit by @healthyfitnessmeals 1 Tbsp Olive Oil ½ Cup Sliced Red Onion 1 Cup Sliced Red Bell Pepper 1 Cup Sliced Yellow Bell Pepper 1 Tsp Minced Garlic Salt and pepper to taste 2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning or more to taste 1 lb Smoked Cooked Chicken Sausage such as andouille ½ lb Shrimp peeled and deveined ¼ Cup Chicken Broth 2 Tsp Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley . Instructions Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and bell peppers to the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Season the vegetables to taste, then remove from the pan and keep warm. Add the shrimp and sausage to the pan; sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque and sausage is heated through 3-4 minutes. Add the vegetables back to the pan. Stir in the chicken broth and lemon juice; simmer for 2-3 minutes. Shrimp Pasta with Creamy Mozzarella Sauce 🍤 🍝 Tag a friend you share this with 😋 . Ingredients Recipe credit by By @juliasalbumblog 8 oz penne pasta Shrimp: * 2 tablespoons olive * 1 pound shrimp * 3 garlic cloves minced * 1/4 teaspoon salt Creamy Sauce: * 4 oz sun-dried tomatoes (without oil) * 4 garlic cloves , minced * 1 cup half and half * 1 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded * 1 tablespoon dried basil * 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes , crushed * 1/8 teaspoon paprika * 1/2 cup reserved cooked pasta water * 1/4 teaspoon salt Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve some cooked pasta water. Drain the pasta. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp with minced garlic.  Cook the shrimp on one side for about 1 minute, until shrimp turns pink or golden brown on that side. While it cooks, sprinkle salt over the shrimp to cover every single shrimp. After 1 minute, Flip the shrimp over to the other side and cook for about 30 seconds or 1 minute more. The shrimp should be golden color or pink on both sides and not overcooked. Remove the shrimp to a plate, being careful to leave all the oil in the skillet. How to make creamy sauce To the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes and more minced garlic. Saute sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil (remaining from shrimp) on medium heat, stirring, for 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant. Add half and half to the 3. hot skillet with sun-dried tomatoes and bring to boil. Add shredded cheese to the skillet, and quickly stir in while boiling. Immediately reduce to simmer. Continue cooking the sauce on low simmer heat, constantly stirring, until all the cheese melts and the creamy sauce forms. Add basil, crushed red pepper flakes, paprika. Stir. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt gradually, stirring on low heat.
