How many of you have experienced body dysmorphia or some type of eating disorder? I know I have at some point in my life. I was looking at all these eating clips I have of Indi and realized she will grow up having the most amazing relationship with food and even her body. When you try this, you’re going to love what you feel. Save it, and share it with a friend. More of you are asking for easy mobility videos and I thank you for the feedback. Reminder: I have really great mobility based on how I train and the consistency I put behind it. When you try these, go into it knowing you will be restricted and this restriction you feel is basically what needs to be improved to have you feeling great. Consistency is the key. The thoracic spine is built for rotation, extension, and flexion. We have to use it and move it for what’s intended to do. If we don’t, our bodies are smart enough to adapt as compensate. When you lack mobility in a region of the spine that is intended to be mobile like your upper and mid back, you overuse a region of your spine that is intended to be stable like the lower back. Exercise: perform this movement 2-3 rounds holding stretch for 30s-1minute a a time. ✅Many of you are doing my programs and slowly but shortly you will understand why we move the way we move and why these programs are designed to make you functional first rather han think of making you look a certain way. #trainlikeme #childofGod ————————————————————————- Cuando pruebes esto, te va a encantar lo que sientes.
