One day in 2021 I woke up and I knew I needed to change my habits. I was binge eating almost everyday and I stayed in bed most days not being productive at all. Even my work at the time was affected because I just felt sluggish and meh. I was always angry and easily irritated with everyone around me. I knew I needed to get healthy not only for myself but for my daughter so that we can spend many happy and healthy years together. The second photo I ate all 6 donuts even if I was so full by the third but when I was binging I always felt the need to finish my food + eat more. I started making changes with my food, focusing on protein but still eating carbs and enjoying sweets in moderation + fiber! Then I started exercising with YouTube workouts that I enjoyed ( Heather Robertson, juice and toya ). From there I started tracking my macros and lifting close to failure + making an effort to move more throughout the day. You don’t have to do everything all at once! Make small changes daily that could lead to big results! Don’t get me wrong, I’ve actually had a couple of binges lately which is why I’ve been sooooo bloated!!! but I am now more aware what it’s triggered by ( usually when my anxiety is through the roof ). What matters is realizing it is a new day and we have the opportunity to make better choices again ❤️ #postpartum #fatloss #weightlosstransformation #weightlifting #caloriedeficit

My first state fair ever and it did not disappoint! Jason has been going crazy about those cookies for ages, and let me tell you, they are seriously addictive (we went all out and ordered 3 buckets = 12 dozen 😆 ). And guess what? I couldn't resist trying the pickle pizza, and it absolutely lived up to the hype!
