POV you just ran a 10k and FINALLY your sugars were perfect 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻. Ps. I use to complain on the daily about this. I use to get mad at anyone who didn’t put their health first who didn’t have a auto immune disease. Like “you were givin the perfect body. I would be unstoppable if I was YOU. But you refuse to be active, and put things in your body that will destroy it when I wish MINE wasn’t destroyed.” This disease is HARD. And it’s a daily battle. But when I stopped being angry about what I CANT control, and focus on what I CAN! Boy was that a game changer. I GET to be active, and i GET to help others everyday get healthy with #bodybymac , and yes some days this disease has me flat on my back.
