(Tag a friend for 2x ARM GAINS) ARE YOU USING ROM EFFECTIVELY? ⭐️ - SAVE for later reference ❤️ - Range of motion (ROM) is super Important when you're in the gym. (This is a general guideline, mostly for beginners. It also excludes movements like "21's Bicep Curls" where you're purposely halving your ROM. Partials are still super beneficial but I feel like practicing full ROM is important too) - If you utilise proper range of motion (Which is going through the entire movement from start to finish in a "textbook" fashion) your muscle is going to be under more tension for a longer period of time, better movement patterns and mobility! - Do you prefer FULL ROM or Partial Reps? Gym packed and can’t get that seated cable row you need? No worries! Here’s a great modification to make due with what you have 👇 ⚪️ Find a cable and your desired attachment (I’m using the close grip here). Set the height fairly low. I believe mine was 3 notches above the bottom. ⚪️ Step 1) Grab a 45 lb plates and place it in the center, right in front of the base of the cable. Sit down, and position your feet in the middle of the plate for stabilization. ⚪️ Step 2) Row just as you would normally. Pull through the elbows to optimize muscle engagement. A little sway is fine here, but don’t let it get crazy! #trainingwithpace ⚪️ Have an exercise you want me to demo on here? Shoot me a DM, and I’ll try my best if I haven’t posted about it already 📥
