It’s my BIRTHDAY! This is 45!!! This past year, I cut my hair and dyed it blonde; connected deeper with the love of my life David Larry; I lived in Dubai and taught cycling and yoga; I met some amazing friends around the world; I loved on my children, mom, grandma and family and accepted their love; I loved my dog back to health after a near death scare; I connected with my investment group and learned to trade currencies and crypto; I got serious about my financial future and started aggressively compounding my money; I re-launched my YouTube channel; I helped my clients adjust to a healthier lifestyle for the long game; I had a some bad days of doubt and self-pity, had more great days of seeing the vision of where I am and going, meditated nearly everyday, exercised a lot, lounged a lot, practiced gratitude and being present, worried about the future, let the worries go, cried, laughed, screamed, felt great, felt bad, sad, and happy.
