Also - finding creative ways to move can most definitely light your spark. ABS ON FIRE - THREE MOVE time under tension circuit - the second move is the “sneaky challenge” of the bunch - deets ⬇️ Stoked Ball found in the shop - link in profile ⭐️Ab Blast 6 & 7 and the NEWEST DROP - AB BLAST 8 on the KSFITAPP all use the Stoked Ball with unique times under tension combinations like this! 🔹Move 1 - a bit of a brain teaser combo • aim for 12 reps per side (I take you fully guided through this particular move in Ab Blast 8) 🔹Move 2 - sneaky challenge - hollow hold from the floor/V sit pass • 12 reps (one rep is the full sequence)• use the hollow hold from the floor as a set-up for a successful V-Sit, anchor your low back down, squeeze your glutes and dig deep 🔹Move 3 - roll-up w/pull back • 12 reps (6 per side) • really focus on that subtle rotation/pull back to hit your obliques, controlled and purposeful ⭐️aim to perform the circuit 3 times through non-stop. SOUND ON: GLUTE/HAMMY WALL WORK deets⬇️ - PS - I’m quite sore from this double whammy🍑 🔹MOVE 1 - Posted (or wall anchored) Single Leg Deadlift - I love this variation of single leg deadlifts • You can play around with the foot placement of the rear leg, I like this position (hard to tell from this angle but my foot is slightly below the crease of the knee) but you could go lower as well - find what works best for you where you feel strong glute engagement in that side •The feedback the wall provides as you press the foot into it helps keep the back leg active (you will feel the glute) and your hips square; make sure you squeeze the butt cheek of that side as you drive the foot into the wall. •I also like to cross a bit to the midline with the weight as I hinge - helps to target the glute medius and core more • 12 reps - one heavy (for you) dumbbell. I’m using 25lbs but increased to 30lbs the next two sets 🔹MOVE 2 - Wall SL Bridges - when you drop down and crush these right after the Posted SLDL (the foot the was on the ground should now be the foot on the wall) you’ve got yourself a stellar glute/hammy double whammy #stokedsuperset • 15 reps ⭐️Obviously do both sides 3-4 sets . 📍 @bodyspacenyc UES #glutes #gains #core #hamstrings #goals #thestokedmethod #nyc #nycfitness
