Hello I’ve spent too many winters cooped up inside and wanting to hide. It’s incredible how beautiful the ice cold world can be if you just venture out to see. I’m under the weather and in bed needing to rest today, which makes me even more deeply grateful for this past long weekend spent in one of our most sacred places. For new memories made. For reminders all around that even though sometimes it’s ok (situationally) to push feelings down— it’s ALWAYS important to make a safe space to FEEL it all, and let them out. In full transparency, it started snowing so I traded the heels for boots— safety first for me and my ankle lolol. I had the best time with my @rpwells walking all around our city like tourists and enjoying an hours long meal with incredible food and conversation.♥️ Ever since our very first Valentines together (16 years ago!!!) we have had the tradition of going OUT on a date the weekend before or after, and staying IN on Valentine’s Day for cozy time at home. It fills my heart SO MUCH to have a special dinner with Anderson and create traditions that he loves too. 💕🙏🏼

What music are you training to!? Sometimes you just need to lift to a really good sad song ya know? lol I actually listen to anything from rap or emo to broadway or classical piano— depends my mood! One thing is for SURE tho I can’t train without my headphones 🥲
