Slow progress is better than no progress at all♥️🙌 . Focused on healthy eating habits vs quick weight loss 👏 . I’m happy with my OMAD and fasting results so far. Fasting has helped me reset on several levels (carb cravings, sweets, binge cycle, unhealthy eating habits). . You don’t have to fast to lose weight, but fasting helps break bad habits and can serve as a reset. Fasting is also the quickest way to burn body fat and IMO . Omad makes my life easier. I don’t track or calorie count. I just make sure to eat enough protein when I eat. Since I’m still trying to lose some weight I’m staying away from keto treats. . My plan is to continue fasting at least 48 hrs weekly followed by OMAD the rest of the week. . How many of you follow OMAD? Have you ever tried one meal a day? Results? .
