I last saw Nubpa Rinpoche 11 years ago at my home in Singapore. Time flies and he is now 81 years old. Recently, I brought my daughter to meet him in Nepal. He always has such a radiant smile that reminds me of the sun. The warmth from his presence stayed with me for a long time.

This was one of the most special Christmas weeks of my life. My family and I studied for six days with @mingyurrinpoche in Nepal. I’m so appreciative of Rinpoche for spending time this holiday to give us wonderful teachings. We were also lucky enough to see many of my great gurus and visit holy places.

Congratulations to my good friend @michelleyeoh_official for all her success and being named Time Magazine’s Icon of the Year. I have really enjoyed collaborating with her throughout the years and am inspired by her hardworking spirit and her endless passion. I am so happy to see her continue to shine.

Sogyal Rinpoche, I kept my promise and completed a three week retreat at your beautiful temple. Your students treated me like a brother and it felt just like home.

I visited the Czech Republic to attend a retreat with Mingyur Rinpoche and Tergar. Thank you to everyone who helped make my experience so special.
