On June 17, Alstom joined forces with the Government of Quebec, Chemin de fer Charlevoix, Train de Charlevoix, Harnois Énergies, HTEC and Accelera by Cummins to take hundred of passengers on the Coradia iLint for the first hydrogen train journey ever to take place on North American soil. Debris and evidence recovered from the seafloor at the site of the Titan submersible include "presumed human remains," the US Coast Guard said in a press release. The carefully recovered remains will be formally analyzed by US medical professionals. Operated by OceanGate, the Titan submersible began its descent to the wreckage of Titanic on the morning of June 18 with five passengers onboard. South Koreans are now officially younger after a new law went into effect that recalculates the age of a person based on international standards based on a person's date of birth, rather than traditional South Korean methods of determining age. The new law, which was passed by the South Korean government in December of last year, does away with the 'Korean Age' system, which considered time spent in the womb into a person's age, assigning newborns as 1 year of age when they were born, and then advancing everyone's age by one on January 1, rather than on their actual birthday. China has begun construction of its third icebreaker in a bid to send researchers to polar seabeds as early as 2025, the South China Morning Post reported. The country's current ice breakers Xuelong 1 and Xuelong 2 are mainly tasked with supply replenishment missions at the North and the South Pole.
