Garlic Butter Shrimp & Rice 🍤🍚 by: @jusslin_ ✨ Shrimp Ingredients: - Shrimp, peeled & deveined - Oil - Old Bay - Crushed Red Pepper - Black Pepper - Garlic Paste - Hot Sauce - Parsley - Garlic & Herb Butter - Lemon - Paprika 1. Season shrimp with a little oil, old bay, crushed red pepper, black pepper, garlic paste, hot sauce, and parsley. Mix until fully coated. 2. Place shrimp in cast iron pan. Add a few slices of garlic butter & squeeze half a lemon on top. Sprinkle with paprika. 3. High protein PISTACHIO SALMON ✨ by: @anythingbutramen I’m all about finding new ways to up the protein in my meals and this is the perfect way to. I recently learned that pistachios have more protein than peanuts 🙌 This is so easy to make and it comes out flaky yet crispy with the salmon crust 🤤 Definitely my new favorite way to enjoy salmon! I had it over a simple salad with spinach, oranges, and onions but feel free to have it alongside other sides like rice or pasta too. Ingredients: - 1 4-5 oz salmon filet - salt and pepper - garlic powder - 2-3 tsp dijon mustard - 1 tsp honey - 2-3 TBS shelled pistachios—I used @wonderfulpistachios roasted & salted - juice of a lemon Directions: - preheat oven to 350°F - crush pistachios by chopping small or add to a blender - pat dry salmon and add the salt, pepper and garlic powder - spread the dijon mustard on first then the honey - add the crushed pistachios on top pressing into the salmon to ensure they stick - bake for 15-17 minutes checking to make sure it’s golden brown and not too browned - top with some fresh lemon juice & serve over salad or alongside your favorite dishes . . . #pistachios #pistachiosalmon #salmon #salmonsalad #highprotein #healthylunch #healthyfood #healthylunchideas #healthydinner #healthydinnerideas #lunchinspo #easyrecipes

⁉️Warning: it’s absolutely delicious 😭😭😭 via: @anotherfoodloverrr 🛒 Ingredients 520g chicken wings 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp black/white pepper ¼ tsp salt ( use more if desired) 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp cornstarch ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional) 1 tbsp minced garlic 15g butter ½ tsp chili flakes (use less if you don’t eat spicy) 1/2 small lime/ lemon juice ¼ cup chopped coriander 5 tbsp sweet chili sauce( I got the sauce from store) 📌 Method Cut the wings into pieces and make some small cuts around the wings to absorb the seasonings better. Place the chicken into a mixing bowl. Add paprika, garlic powder, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, cornstarch and cayenne pepper into the bowl. Give it a massage then cover the chicken and let it sit for at least an hour. Once the chicken is ready, air fry it for 10 minutes at 200C. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes. Set the chicken aside. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, melt butter and add in minced garlic. Stir the garlic for about 30 seconds before adding chili flakes, sweet and chili sauce. Stir the sauce over low heat, keep it simmer for about 30-45 seconds. Remove from heat and add lime juice with cilantro. Toss in the chicken and serve immediately. Hashbrown Bowl Meal Prep ✨ via: @teachertastes This recipe is so easy and it’s like having your own little egg casserole each day. Use glass containers so you can cook it in the container. For four breakfasts: -10 eggs (you can add more if you’d like) -4 cups frozen shredded hash browns -1/2 cup cheese or choice -8 mini precooked chicken breakfast sausages -salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes -fresh chives -optional: add a diced red pepper or a veggie of choice 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Whisk together eggs with seasoning until well combined 3. Spray each individual glass container with avocado oil spray 4. Add 1 cup Hashbrowns to the bottom of each glass 5. Cut up chicken sausage and divide between four bowls (I sautéed mine for a little before to brown it but since they are precooked you can skip this step) 6. Divide eggs into four containers by pouring them over the Hashbrowns 7. Top with shredded cheese 8. Bake for 30-35 mins at 350 9. After baking top with fresh chives 10. Enjoy for 4 days in fridge or freeze
