Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a bowl. 2. Pour significant amount of water in a large pot and add salt to it. Let it boil. 3. Now drop the cauli-florets into the water. Blanch them for 4 minutes to remove the impurities. 4. Strain the water from florets and keep them aside. 5. To a bowl, add gram flour, corn flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder and ginger garlic paste. 6. To this, gradually add water and mix well to get a nice flowy, smooth batter. Keep it aside. 7. Pour oil enough for deep frying in a kadai and heat it. 8. Now dip the cauli-florets in the batter fully and drop them in the oil. 9. Let them fry until they turn golden brown and keep them aside. 10. Next, add some oil to a pan and to it, add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soya sauce, red chili powder and give it all a quick mix. 11. Add the fried cauli-florets to the sauce, gently stir, toss and saute. 12. Lastly, add fried curry leaves and fried green chilies. 13. Toss again and serve the yummy Gobi 65 hot!

To a large saucepan, add water till 3/4th level and drop in the soaked basmati rice. 2. To this, add salt and turmeric. Boil the rice completely. 3. Strain the cooked rice and keep it aside. 4. Take an iron tawa or a wide pan and place butter on it. 5. Add some oil to it and then add onions. Saute. 6. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell is gone. 7. After approximately 2 mins, add the chopped capsicum, tomato and stir gently to saute. 8. Next add chili paste, mix well and add red chili powder. Mix again. 9. Add salt, garam masala powder and pav bhaji masala powder for seasoning and give it all a quick mix. 10. To this add boiled potatoes, peas and mix well. Put in chopped coriander leaves. 11. Add the cooked rice to this and mi very gently to prevent breakage of rice. 12. Check for seasoning and add salt if required. 13. Serve the delicious Tawa Pulao with raitha, chilies, lemon and papads by the side.

Take the leftover rice in a large bowl. 2. To this add onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix everything well. 3. Next add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, asafoetida powder, salt, gram flour and rice flour. Mix well. 4. Add oil and mix everything together so that it starts binding well. 5. Dab a little oil in the palms and take some rice mixture and shape them into fingers or as desired. 6. Keep all the rolls aside. 7. Take a kadai and add oil for deep frying. Let it heat. 8. Gently drop the rice fingers into the oil and fry them until they turn golden brown in color on low flame only to let them cook inside as well. 9. That's all, yummy Rice Pakoras are ready to be served with tomato ketchup or chutney by the side.

Once the khoya changes to a desired consistency, turn off the stove and transfer it to a bowl. Let it cool down completely. For assembling the Bread Malai Rolls 1. Cut edges off the bread slices and flatten them with a roller pin. 2. Place the khoya filling in the middle of the bread and spread it to all sides evenly. 3. Now roll the bread slices into tight rolls as shown in the video. 4. Seal the edges with some milk and cut off the end parts to make sure the rolls are nice and even. 5. Pour the rose rabdi on a serving plate and then place the bread rolls gently on it. 6. Garnish the rolls with rose rabdi, cherries and chopped pistachios. 7. Creamy rich Bread Malai Rolls are ready to be served.

Take a kadai and heat ghee with oil. 2. Add the whole spices, cumin seeds and bay leaf. 3. After a few seconds, add the chopped onions and fry until they are golden brown in colour. 4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute. 5. To this, add grated tomatoes and cook for 5 mins to make sure the raw smell goes away. 6. Now add turmeric powder, salt, chili powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. 7. Mix well and cook until oil in the gravy is separated. 8. After the oil begins to separate, add besan and mix again. 9. After a min, add 2 cups of water cook the gravy on medium flame for 10 mins. 10. Once again when the oil begins to separate, add salt, sugar and mix well. 11. Add the paneer which has been cut into large cubes. 12. Now add garam masala. Mix and simmer for about 5 mins. 13. Turn off the stove. Crush a little kasuri methi and add it to the curry 14. Transfer the curry into another plate and garnish it with chopped coriander. 15. Yummy Dhaba style Paneer Masala is ready to be served hot.
