Some planche drills you might wanna put into your program. 1) Straddle plank lean + iso 5 x 4 + iso 10s 2) Hollow body frontal raises + iso 5 x 4 + iso 10s 3) Wall plank pulses + iso 5 x 4 + iso 5s-10s 4) Wall planche eccentric 4 x 5s-10s iso Make sure the posture is correct and focusing at the right parts.
