BARBELL BOOTY WORKOUTπ The goal is to begin with your heaviest weight, complete all reps to the best of your ability and then decrease the load and repeat again (3 sets all up)π₯ 1. 5,5,5x Barbell Squats (80kg, 70kg, 60kg) 2. 10,10,10 Barbell Romanian Deadlifts (55kg, 50kg, 40kg) 3. 15,15,15 Barbell Elevated Reverse Lunges (each leg) (55kg, 45kg, 40kg) 4. 20,20,20 Barbell Hip Thrusts (100kg, 90kg, 70kg) *I took 30-60 seconds between each set. *2-4 minutes between each exercise. *Iβve added the weights I used, but this will differ with each individual.
