I met a man who told me that the only reason why he is successful and can live the life that he lives is because of his wife that he has been married to for over 20yrs. He said she has always been supportive and he could never be where he is at without her support. At the same time I felt happy for him, I also felt sad for myself. I was raised to treat people the way I want to be treated but my exes all treated me like a dog.
