The chicness of this spot alone is worth a visit. @hakubainyc is a newly opened kaiseki restaurant in @theprincekitanonewyork. Kaiseki is a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner consisting of several dishes served in a set of specific sequences utilizing seasonal ingredients. I was blown away by the service and attention to detail to each course. This is an incredibly unique experience in Manhattan. I can’t wait to share more from this evening. A true gem in Montreal. @salle.climatisee is a intimate, neighborhood restaurant located in Littly Italy with an ingredient driven menu & delicious wines in a cozy, candle lit space. Dishes pictured: ✨ Tomatoes 🍅 & aubergine fumee, tagete ✨ Peach 🍑 tart Favorite meal in the city, can’t wait to be back soon.
A visit to Montreal isn’t a visit without making at least 3 pit stops to @stviateurbagel’s for their world-famous 🥯🤌 The classic sesame bagels here are epic - rolled in sesame seeds, tossed into wood-burning ovens, & rotated until they reach a gorgeous golden brown. Hands down one of my favorite bites in this entire city. 🏆🏆🏆
