“All right #fitsisters, it's time to shed this baby weight! I am 2 weeks postpartum and I'm using this challenge to slowly transition back into eating more mindfully and doing some light exercise while I heal. As many of you know, I first joined #fitgirlsguide to make myself healthier after a miscarriage. Now that I've had my rainbow baby, I am doing this solely for me. CHEER ON TANISHA, winner from the last Group Challenge: "This journey for me is very special because it’s the first completed challenge I had in years. Originally I purchased 28 day jumpstart in 2016, I started off great then fell off the bandwagon somewhere half way. During the years to follow, I kept trying to start but never managed to stay committed. But this time around it was the phrase that pulled me into the challenge. You see at the beginning of the year I had set some goals, one of which was staying committed to everything I said I was going to do. So when this Phrase keeping my commitments came out I knew it was time I got serious. So committed to participate I stepped on the scale and was shocked , I was at my heaviest ever, so many emotions rushed in and I started crying. When I was done I told myself we are doing it for ourselves and therefore we will not be leading with weight but with none scale victories. Best decision ever. From that moment on every-time I wanted to quit I reminded myself that I am showing up for me. And so I stuck to it and today I am happier than I have been in months and planning to continue this journey to see how far I can get everytime I choose me!" - @fitgirl_tish85
