I have a Mangonada as often as I can. Seriously, I've even convinced myself that it qualifies as one of my servings of fruit for the day. 😂❤🍉🍋🍎 - I got this one from #LaMichoacana (located all over the burbs). My oldest son and I love mangos, so this is usually what we both want when we hang out. Perfectly sweet, sour and spicy. - 👅👅If you've never had one it is a Frozen mango custard with chamoy, chile, and fresh mango slices served with a tamarind stick. FYI this is a small but they go up to 2X I think. ✔✔✔ - What about you? 𝑯𝒆𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔. I've missed you guys. . Moments turned into months and here we are. 😶 . This last year has been full of peaks and valleys for me and my family. . 𝕎𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖 𝕙𝕒𝕧𝕖 𝕀 𝕓𝕖𝕖𝕟? . If you're a member of the Eat The Burbs a Group on Facebook then you may recall me mentioning in June of last year that my Mother In-law was critically ill. Unfortunately, after months of fighting for her health, we lost her. As you can imagine we miss her and we are all grieving her loss. My children and husband have been incredibly resilient. . 𝘼𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙚 (𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙛 𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙨 𝙢𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙) . Our sunshine came in the cutest little package. After several years trying to get pregnant and giving up because I was now medically considered a "geriatric mom" since I'm over 35 (heh who knew 35 was so "old" 😒), we were blessed with a big surprise. I spent most of 2019 pregnant, balancing mom life and being a supportive spouse while fighting anxiety. We lost my mom years ago to an illness as well and the anxiousness I felt then came rushing back. . Something had to be put down so that we could thrive. That's why I backed away from social media and the highs and lows that go with it, in favor of more family time and reduced anxiety. 😵 . 𝙎𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙬? . I've been making a list of some awesome restaurants to try. I'll be getting back to posting, so tag me at your favorite places. . After being a boy mom all these years, I finally have a baby girl 👶👶👶. I am so excited to dress her in the pinkest clothes ever.
