Happy Anniversary @lisafresa 🙏🏼🥰❤️⁣ ⁣ I fell in love with you within the first 3 minutes of meeting you and I just knew from the moment we met... I think we both did because there is that deep knowing with a love like ours. Once the honeymoon is over life can fall into a hypnotic rhythm of work, kids and the everyday juggle. That is when love can fade or change. We as humans can tend to keep score and start drifting from all the promises made on that beautiful day of marriage. So today, I declare that we have gone against the grain. We have worked on us, our love, our mutual respect, our appreciation for each other. We have put the work in and the result is a love that I believe our great grandchildren will talk about. To me our love is legendary!! The cool part is… it doesn’t have to be anything special to anyone else but us. We are one in a billion babe!! And you have my word I’ll fight for us everyday! Real love isn’t easy, I know that… But damn is it worth fighting for!!! Watching this video takes me right back and I’d do it all over again. 100 more times!! And after we do 50 more years or so in this lifetime, I promise to do whatever it takes in the next one to find you again and love you even more!⁣ I love you Lisa. ❤️ ⁣ Happy Anniversary babe. P.S. ⛰️ What “mountain” do you need to climb this week? I used to hike Camelback Mountain 3 days a week for about 5 years… And I obsessively I used to time myself. I had gotten down to 24 minutes! 💪 Then with the pandemic they closed down the trail and I never came back. I see this mountain everyday. I drive by it everyday… but I’ve been INTIMIDATED by it because I knew I wouldn’t be close to my old time hiking it. I didn’t want to see how 🫣 bad my time was because it was important to me. Well, a few weeks ago I hiked it again for the first time in years with my son… Guess how long it took? 40 minutes! It took us 40 minutes to get to the top. Then I did it again a few days later… 39 minutes. WAY OFF from where I used to be. And my brain 🧠 wants to tell me to QUIT, don’t do it, that I’ll never get my old time back… But I’ve TRAINED myself, I’ve trained my brain to say “No! I must do it. I must climb.” Now I have to do it 3 days a week. I have to get back to my old time… even though I don’t want to. So let me ask you… 👉 what’s the tough thing you’re putting off that you need to tackle? What’s the thing that’s intimidating you because you’re AFRAID you won’t be good enough or it might be tough at first? Don’t think about how hard it is to start… focus on the OUTCOME. Is there anything better than being a Father? 🙏 Happy Father’s Day to all the dads and father figures in our lives.     To my Dad, thank you for always having my back. You gave me my strength, my work ethic and my desire to live healthy.    You’re a true example of what’s possible… no matter what you’ve been through or how old you are. It’s inspiring.     And to my father-in-law, Frank… Happy Father’s Day to you I’m so blessed to have you as part of my family.     Being a Father is the greatest gift. 🎁 I’m incredibly blessed to be a Dad to 4 amazing children... 2 teenagers, a 3 1/2 year old and an 8 month old!     I might teach others for a living, but the greatest gift I got from being a Father is the fact of knowing that children don't do what you say... they become who you are.    They model the things that you things that you do and with that lens on me I know I'm a better man because of them.     Being a Dad is truly is our most important role on this Earth.
