Yes I add cottage cheese! It adds even more protein into my egg bites! I make two versions both egg whites and regular! I usually top it with my protein cilantro sauce as well! Freeze them and then to reheat just put them in the microwave for about a minute and a half! Super yummy, and packed with protein!
