Some quick bell and bag work before hitting the lake with the fam. Found a smooth flow to warm up with, then hit a emom that pushed the heart. Them sandbag clean and presses are nasty @ruggedfitnesslifestyle 🔥 Grateful to move and get stronger. Put on 6lbs of muscle since February, and weights are feeling smoother to move. Life can get in the way. Time can feel limited. Your family will take priority. Work will take priority. 15 mins of quality movement can change the game. Once my daughter was born I started implementing kettlebell work in order to get movement in my day. It’s a great way to push your strength, conditioning, power, mobility, and 15 mins of KB work will have you sweating more than you think 😉 and if you have time for a full workout it’s also a great way to warm up or finish a workout depending on your programming. Don’t sleep on kettlebells folks! This was a 15 minute EMOM that lit me up!
