Started day 1 from a book called "You Can Draw in 30 Days" by Mark Kistler. Lesson 1 is to draw a sphere and an exercise to draw something from real life. Christening the new sketchbook i will be using for y exercises. Not too bad if I dare say so myself, especially for a complete beginner 😳 Drawing from observation using a pen and with just few extra lines. Decided to use cheap print paper for the repetitive exercises 😩 also the gesture drawing took 2-3 mins each even though i aimed for 5. I think I have to learn to take my time and observe more before drawing the lines. The exercises are quite challenging for someone who has 0 basics like me but I'm getting the hang of it. My arm sure is getting a lot of workout. #learntodrawin1year
