Meet your new trainer β€οΈβπ₯ @biancamettam Bianca has over 5 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a certificate 3&4 in personal training, strength and conditioning level 1&2 and a bachelor of exercise and sports science. βI am deeply passionate about health and well-being and love helping people to become their best, healthiest versions of themselves! Exercise for me is something I do for enjoyment, for my mind and for my health. My favourite type of training would have to be strength and conditioning with a CrossFit fusion (burpees and barbell cleans are my favourites!)
