Late February I had a 2 plate spine fusion in my neck. I have to admit I was NOT prepared for the recovery to be as tough as it was. In these six months my body changed, A LOT! Even with the discipline I have had for years, I still struggled tremendously with getting and staying on track with my health. Give yourself some grace, but get back to what you CAN do, no matter how “little” you believe it is. Because the tiniest efforts create impacting change, and that’s a fact.
