much like the castle I’m going through my own renovations. trying to be the best me I can be every day even through all the madness💗

This was taken moments after I screamed for what felt like an eternity on space mountain. It was only a 3 minute ride going a little over 20 mph. In my mind, however, we were going 90 mph for 10 minutes. Pretty sure the only words I remembered in the English language were swear words and I was reminded by my friend that at some point I said “this has to end”. Luckily it did end and then I went to a Pinocchio cafe and enjoyed pizza and breadsticks and all the carbssss💗

In the words of my friend @elisabethh.hartmann “to post or not to post”. I’ve been silent for a while amidst a pandemic. I’ve also been laying in bed constantly and not being my best self. Social distancing and mentally distancing have really went hand in hand for me. Today is the first day in almost 2 weeks that I’ve felt remotely close to being my self. Today I’m going to get up and be in charge of my life. However, it’s okay to not be okay. For those of you suffering with anxiety and depression at this time please know I am here for you. We will all get through this together. I chose this picture today for a couple of reasons. One being that this was my first trip to Disney and I’m reminiscing back to one of the happiest times of my life. Another reason is that I am thankful for these amazing women for getting up every day , putting on their nurse hats metaphorically, and pushing through their own struggles to be the best they can be for every person they take care of. I’m thankful for all of you taking care of others and being mindful of others. Let’s keep being mindful. Reach out to those you think need it and respect those who can’t talk about the subject💗
