Thanks Instagram. 🚫🔎 What happens when you spend another 8 hours of over-rendering. Then another 4 hours, then another 4, and again. And then you're questioning your methods and why you haven't moved on to the next piecr. Isn't simplicity better most of the Time? Doesn't the viewer like to breathe every now and then? This was an experiment gone right. I'm glad I pushed the boat out and off the edge of the abyss. I'm thinking how ridiculous a whole 9x12 piece would look like if I rendered every detail on the page including foreground/middle ground/back ground(see previous posts). Also, what concerns me about over-render is that it doesn't allow the viewer to breathe. My work tends to already shotgun quite a bit of storytelling into the brain without having to jepeordize the painstaking brain juice I manage to squeeze out at odd hours.🤕🥴)And what would I get out of this? Either way, I'm proud of this piece, but don't expect this to become my routine. I'm far from letting the dust settle anyways, despite how many puppets I manage to push into the quarry. 😓Definitely a character for the Ⓒ'Aegolist' story.
