Que puedo decir? Quizás NADA 🤷🏻‍♀️ O quizás más bien podría agradecer por este el muy probable peor performance personal desde que compito 😮‍💨 Agradecer por que? Por que salí viva y sin ningún tipo del lesión 🙏🏼 Todos aquí que vieron mis IG STORIES sabían que tenía temor de venir por que mi codo no venía nada bien desde hace 3 semanas y no es excusa ya que así tuviera un súper codo no iba a estar al nivel de las niñas de la parte alta de la tabla. (Que además algunas de ellas también acumulan alta fatiga) ♥️ Ellas están ahí por que lo han trabajado y han sabido luchar su lugar; lo que estoy 100% es que estoy lejos de mi mejor versión en este momento pero es solamente por falta de descanso el cual empezaré desde este momento 🙏🏼. . Gracias por una experiencia más @retofestcolombia que aunque nunca nos tendrá contentos en todo no deja de ser una oportunidad de crecer personalmente 🫶🏼.

No se imaginan lo feliz que me hace poder hacer algo de lunges (Aunque no debería 🥰) /// No matter I can’t go 100% for my Knee issues but now I’m focus on my gimnastycs and also in strengthen my upper part 💪🏼 Still don’t know when my procedure will be done but can’t wait to start right after everything is healed 🔥

I haven’t talked about this too much but I have a surgery coming really soon 🙏🏼 Right now my main focus is keeping the hard efforts as much as I Can. I am doing my best but something doesn’t allow me to be in my 100% actually I would say around 75% but after my surgery and therapy I promise that I’ll give my best to be back better and stronger than ever 🔥 stay tuned I’ll tell you more about my procedure ❤️
