Meet Sunny! He is the newest addition to our pack. He came from Korea, and we have been trying to get him to us since July. We finally got word that he’d be flown into LAX, and we packed up our car and took a little road trip to bring him home. I met @domosfriends and @gonziam0712 through @bunnysbuddies (who brought Bean to us!), and they have been working tirelessly over the past several months to get him home to us and giving him endless love throughout the process. Also a big thank you to @golden_duo_mango_tots for helping to pick him up at the airport. We are so grateful for all the helpers. Sunny’s beginnings are a bit of a mystery, but we’re happy to say his story will continue with us! ❤️

Bluebeary went to be reunited with his big brothers yesterday. We miss him terribly, and no matter how many times you go through this nothing prepares you for the deep pain of losing a beloved dog/family member. Bluebeary was the purest form of love. He was happiest when we were all together, and if we ever were in different parts of the house, he would find a spot to lay somewhere in the middle. If he saw any conflict like Bean growling at Benny, he would ever so calmly walk over and casually plant himself between the two of them. He never met a person he didn’t want to be best friends with. He was a little wary of his human sisters’ energy, but he gave them as many kisses as they demanded and loved napping with them. He took every chance he could get to steal food off the counter or our hands, and he never regretted this decision. He had so much energy that we had to enroll him in a doggy bootcamp, and we were told by 3 different professional trainers that he’s a bundle of love with impulse control problems 😂 … he did not see any issues with this, and it made his displays of love big and endless. We are so lucky that we were chosen to be his family. We love you so much, Bluebeary, and we will never stop missing you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Bluebeary enjoyed some tri-tip today! Don’t let him use his sad eyes to make you feel sorry for him. This was like his fourth piece. We also lost him for a second and found that he wandered into the restaurant to place another order. Thank you, @aptosstbbq, for giving this guy a little joy during a tough time ❤️

Hi everyone. I haven’t done a great job providing updates on Bluebeary since my initial post on his diagnosis. The past 8.5 months he was doing great. We changed up his diet, he went through chemo like a champ, and honestly this was the strongest we have ever seen him. Unfortunately the cancer caught up with him, and he took a turn for the worse this past week. At this point I think we are just waiting for him to tell us when he’s ready. I know his brothers are waiting for him. When he was first diagnosed we were told he has days left … weeks if we’re lucky. When we were told chemo was an option we were told optimistically we would get another few months. He gave us 9 super active months where people started to ask us if maybe he was misdiagnosed. So we are so grateful, but it doesn’t ease the heartache when this time comes. Hug your pups for us today, and send Bluebeary your love ❤️
