Easy Banana & Orange Pancakes 🍌🥞 Approximately 12 medium-sized pancakes Ingredients: 🤍80g Oats (gluten-free can be used) 🤍1 Banana, mashed 🤍Juice from 1/2 orange 🤍2 Eggs 🤍50 ml. Optional milk 🤍1 tsp Coconut Oil (or butter) 🤍1 tsp Cinnamon 🤍Optional: 1 Handful of fresh berries, 1 handful of chopped dark chocolate, 1 tsp acacia honey Instructions: 👉🏼Mix everything except coconut oil together in a bowl, stir well until everything is combined. 👉🏼Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add coconut oil or butter and make about 12 medium-sized pancakes, cook them for about 2 minutes on each side. 👉🏼Serve alone or with fresh berries, chopped chocolate, and acacia honey. Using turmeric, ginger, onion, fish and cayenne that all backed up by science helps to strenghten your immune system! 

👏🏼It tastes delicious, is rich in vitamin, antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory! 

👉🏼Recipe is for 3-4 people and can me serves with rice or/and bread. 
Takes only 30 minutes to make. 
 Ingredients: 🤍2 Onions 🤍1 Tbsp. Olive Oil 🤍1 Handful Ginger, fresh, grated 
🤍1 tsp. Turmeric powder
🤍1 tsp. Cayenne
🤍1 tsp. Chili powder
🤍1 can (400ml) Coconut milk
🤍400g. Boneless and skinless cod, cut into chunks 
🤍100g. Frozen peas 

How to make: 

👉🏼Chop onions and finely grate ginger. Place a frying pan over medium heat. Add olive oil followed by onions, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, chili, and stir for about 5 minutes.
 👉🏼Add coconut milk and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Cut cod/white fish into chunks and add the fish and peas to the other ingredients in the frying pan. Cook until the cod is done.
 👉🏼Serve warm on its own or with rice.

Looking for inspiration for easy breakfast to the kids that can be done the day before? (OR for yourself) then these six recipes have been tested and approved by many kids now here at home - its valid I guess, AND the best part in a busy life -These can all be prepped the day before! RECIPES: SMOOTHIE BOWL WITH HOMEMADE GRANOLA: Smoothie: Mix 1 cup frozen berries in a blender with one tbsp. chia seeds, 1/2 banana and 1 tbsp greek yoghurt, blend until all combined. If texture is too thick, add water until you have the preferable texture. Granola: Chop some nuts (whatever you have at home or I would suggest 1 handful almonds, 1 handful hazelnuts, 1 handful walnuts) and 1/2 cup of oats, 1 handful dried fruit (could be raisins, chopped pitted dates, cranberries) and 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted - lastly 1 tsp. ground cinnamon. Mix it all together in a bowl and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes in a dish on 180 degrees celcius. BANANA PANCAKES: Add 50g. oats (gluten free can be used), 1 banana, 1 tbsp. Chia seeds, 2 eggs and optional: 3 pitted dates - in a food blender, mix until combined and make the pancakes by adding one tbsp dough in a medium heated pan (you can use coconut oil or butter before). Heat for about 2 min each side. EGG QUICHE MUFFINS: So easy and you can add more or less greens, whatever you have at home! Mix 4 eggs, 1 onion chopped, 4 cherry tomatos chopped, 1 handful chopped spring onions, 2 slices bacon (optional) and mix until combined. Add the mixture from bowl into a muffin trey with muffin paper in it and bake in oven for about 15-20 min until done on 180 degrees celcius. BLUBERRY PANCAKES: Add 100g. frozen blueberries, 50g. almond flour, 50g. oat flour (gluten free can be used), 1 tbsp. chia seeds, 2 eggs, 1 banana and 1/2 optional milk in a food blender, mix until all combined. Add 1 tsp. on a medium heated pan, add then 1 tbsp. dough on the pan in a pancake shape and heat for about 2 min. on each side. Blueberry crumble!!!! 🫐I’ve made this 3 times this weekend only! An improvised dessert when having friends over for dinner & it turned out SO delicious! It’s easy to make and takes no time to prepare! All you need for 6 servings: Ingredients: 🤍 200g. Frozen Blueberries (150g. Is also fine) 🤍100g. Oats (Gluten-free can be used for same results) 🤍 80g. Almond Flour 🤍 50g. Butter 🤍 2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon 🤍 1 Tbsp. Acacia honey 🤍 Optional: Serve with vanilla ice cream How to: 👉🏼 Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius 👉🏼 Put the frozen berries in a dish, I used a pie dish, let the berries cover the whole dish. 👉🏼 In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, cinnamon, butter, acacia honey and mix it all together until you get a crunchy texture to add on top of the berries. 👉🏼 Add everything from the bowl on to the berries and bake in oven for about 15 minutes. 👉🏼Serve directly from the oven with some ice cream or let cool down before serving, I personally like it a bit warm.
