HDW 3 is a large, ancient planetary nebula. Its distinctive braided shape is the result of the planetary nebula colliding with the interstellar gas around it as the nebula moves through the galaxy. Have you ever seen it before? π€ Image by NOAO
If the Moon was at the same distance as the International Space Station, just 420 kilometers away from us. When the Moon eclipses the Sun, the camera exposure is adjusted so that you can see the light of the earth reflecting back upon the Moon. This was actually done by using a stand in Earth model to get reasonably accurate "Earth" shine, it is blue on the left side because the Moon is flying over the Gulf of Mexico, and is white/tan on the right side because that part is over the United States. It is dark in the middle because it is casting a huge shadow, and that shadow does not reflect light back on the Moon. π Video by @yetidynamics Music by Exist Strategy - Never Lise Your Smile

Shuttle Silhouette! In a very unique setting over Earth's colorful horizon, the silhouette of the space shuttle Endeavour is featured in this photo by an Expedition 22 crew member on board the @iss, as the shuttle approached for its docking on Feb. 9, 2010 during the STS-130 mission. by @nasa
Hubble Image of Helix Nebula Converted to Sound! For images of planetary nebulae (which have nothing to do with planets) we scan the images and convert their vibrant colours into sound. Red light is mapped to lower pitches and blue light is mapped to higher pitches. This is a natural mapping since the frequencies of light increase from red to blue in the same way that frequencies of sound increase form low to high pitches. The most beautiful and detailed image of the planet Mercury. The beauty of it is, that even though it is so close to the sun, some of these craters still hold water ice deposits in their depths. Mercury looks a little bit like Earth's moon. Like our Moon, Mercury's surface is covered with craters caused by space rock impacts. Credit: J. Hopkins University, Applied Physics Lab .
An Atlas 5 rocket lifts off in a spectacular pre-dawn launch from the Cape. The video spans 4 min 26 seconds of flight, at which time the main engine shuts down for first-stage separation. At that point the rocket is approaching some 500 miles distance and traveling about 10,000 mph. by @launchphoto

Please look at these pictures. In the first one, you can see that how future couples will be seen if we couldn't beat plastic pollution. In the second one, you can see the Earth's photo been taken by the Voyager spacecraft in 1990. We know that earth looks like a particle of dust in the universe, still we continue to act as if there are millions of it. This is our planet! Our life! We have to protect it because their is no other planet that hosts sustainable life at the moment. We must be aware of this and shouldn't ignore it π What do you think? π€ First image by @haram_khor_ and @sassyaish Second image by @nasa Best Regards, Taner
