Ingredients: Spaghetti squash Feta Cheese Cherry tomatoes Minced Garlic Olive oil & sea salt . Steak & Tequila are my spirit animals. . REST DAY FOR ME! I used to train 7 days a week because I thought working out more would make me ‘more fit’. I figured training more would give me better results….wrong. All that happened was lack of progress (I was actually weaker), irritability, and feeling run down and tired all the time and thus actually having crappy workouts 🤷🏻‍♀️ . One of the biggest reasons people fail on their fitness journey is because they make 100 changes overnight, overtrain, barely eat and put themselves through things that aren’t sustainable or realistic long term. They feel defeated, go back to their old habits and the cycle continues . Your body needs time to REST & recover no matter what your fitness goals are. . When I started to train LESS and eat more is when I started to see progress and results. I currently train about 4 days per week and it’s not only what works best for body but also my lifestyle and schedule. I have BETTER workouts that I look forward to and I’m properly fueled for them so I have more energy as well! . You do NOT need to spend hours in the gym, do endless amounts of cardio and put yourself on restrictive diets to see results. Take time off without feeling guilty or like you’re going to ruin your progress - you’re not and your body will thank you for it. ❤️ . Have a great weekend everyone! 🥰

🎂BDAY CAKE PROTEIN BARS! 🥳 . Homemade and absolutely delicious! These came out SO good & I highly recommend keeping these in the fridge - they won’t disappoint! 🤤 . Wet Ingredients: 1/2 cup cashew butter (I used 321glo bday cake) 2Tbsp Coconut oil 1/4c Honey 1tsp Vanilla Extract . Dry Ingredients: 2/3c Protein Powder 2/3c Oats 1Tbsp Chia Seeds . Frosting: 3 Tbsp White Choc Chips 1tsp coconut oil . Directions: 1. Over very low heat add all of your wet ingredients until combined 2. Remove from heat and add in your protein powder and stir until combined 3. Fold in oats & chia seeds and mix well 4. Add dough to a parchment lined 8x4 tray or container 5. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil and add to top of dough. 6. Add sprinkles and let sit in fridge for at least 1-2 hours 7. Champagne on the menu 🍾 A lot of people tend to associate living a ‘fit & healthy’ lifestyle with restricting the things that life offers us. That is definitely not what it’s about for me. Fitness does NOT run my life - it’s a PART of my life! I workout and eat well because it makes me feel good. I also get dressed up, dine out and drink and that’s a part of my lifestyle too. - I find that I stay much happier and don’t get sick of training or sticking to nutritious foods when I allow myself to let loose and enjoy all aspects of life! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I also found that my greatest results came when I stopped stressing about everything and just LIVED. - Let loose a little, move constantly, rest when you need it, drink the drink, eat the food and stay as consistent as life allows you to be. . #WorkHardPlayHard
