•IT WAS AMAZING• Dear friends, It’s time for change and as of today I’m closing the FIKO chapter. New owner and management team will run the place from tomorrow. It was a beautiful challenge. A new city, culture, friends and colleagues. All together we created what has now become the FIKO brand. The first months were very difficult, even if we were full every day I realized how much we had to improve, I wanted "perfection". Over time I learned that the pursuit of perfection actually only leads to unhappiness. REAL IS BETTER THAN PERFECT. I have surrounded myself with loyal, strong and positive people who have embraced my vision and together we have created extraordinary things. Thanks to Fiko I have met guests who have become friends, friends who have become "brothers". I have met staff members who have been my second family for years or even joined my real family. With time and the experiences lived, I have learned that gratitude is one of the strongest and most sincere forms of love that exists. For this I am and always will be grateful to all of you. To all of you who supported me, to all the customers who have chosen us, to all the staff who dedicated their time to me and my company, to all my family who suffered and enjoyed with me, to all those who with their criticisms and compliments have allowed and helped me to become who I am today. I knew what I wanted and I gave all myself to FIKO. My vision, focus, energy, love and vibes but now it’s time for new challenges,new chapters and goals. Like always I love to think that the best is yet to come. Goodbye Fiko, It was amazing!
