Well, this dream has been in the works for a long time but as of today, it’s official.. Lauren and I are the new owners of the @WindrockBikePark! First, I want to say thank you to @seanleader for the opportunity and all the help getting this deal done. Also, big thanks to @nekomulally, @windrock_park, and so many others who helped give us the info we needed to feel confident in taking this project on. I’ve been riding and training at Windrock for about 3 years now. Riding the bike park was a big part of what lead us to buying a house in the area and then eventually moving to Tennessee full time. We love the people, the vibe, and I look forward to building on the foundation that so many others have started with the trails on the mountain. We’ve got big plans for the park and we’ll begin sharing those details in the near future. For now, we just want to say thanks to everyone who’s helped us get here. We’ve got an awesome crew and I can’t wait to get started! Follow @windrockbikepark for more updates coming soon. Bike park will remain open 7 days a week, 10am-5pm. Starting to lift the big weights! Haha Feels good to have the green light to do some traditional style strength work on the ol arm this past week. Been working hard for 9 weeks now post surgery and things are starting to come back to life! Doctors are really happy with how the bone is healing and I’m gettin close on my range of motion. Thanks to @dr.alec.dragelin and my friends at @helloactivesjc @lonepeakpt for keeping me dialed in while we were in Montana this past month. Headed to Andorra later today, stoked to watch some racing. Won’t be on track but excited to be back with the team and everyone in the pits. Not exactly sure on my timeline for return but hoping to get back on the dh bike in the next month or so. Gotta get this wing strong again. 💪🏼

World Champs week is here and man am I bummed to be missing it! Track looks so good this year too 😭. Good luck to my boy @daknorton and everyone racing. I know the crowds and the vibe at Ft William are going to be insane on race day. As for me, still working hard to get this arm back in action and it’s coming along. Few photos from my last couple of weeks. Been off the IG a bit but been busy with rehab and life. My arm is coming along, been working hard and in pt 4 days a week gettin down. I’ve gotta be patient with this one which has been difficult but the doctors are stoked on the progress so we’ll just keep plugging away. Training hard to stay on top of my normal fitness too and that’s been keeping things fun. I’ve found some new exercises that inflict the most training torture I’ve ever experienced. 😂 Maybe I’ll post those soon. I don’t like sitting around, always gotta find something to suffer at. Other than that life’s been great, working on some fun potential future projects and keeping busy as always. Back in Montana for a few weeks now, life is good! 🏔️🤙🏼

Tough to watch my favorite race of the year from the couch this morning but what a race! This was my last years run at @valdisolebikeland. Working hard to stay on my fitness and heal this arm up as quick as I can. Got a ways to go still but we’re making progress everyday.
