Volunteer your mum and yourself for a special Mother's Day campaign! Both of you have to be available on the 13 April 2018, Friday, from 10am - 6pm. The session is approx 30-45 mins. The exact time slot will be confirmed once selected.Please kindly read the Consent and Release form as attached in the link: https://goo.gl/XxpwvQ. By applying for the campaign, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of the form.
