Product Description:

We are currently offering an Ethiopian coffee that is produced in the town of Kochere within the Yirgacheffe Zone of Ethiopia. There is close attention given during the sorting of the coffee (three times that of conventional methods) ensuring zero deficits and a higher wage to the coffee sorters.
Notes of Jasmine, Peach and Lemongrass. 
Roasting notes: This coffee is roasted to a City+ roast level in order to highlight the tasting notes of the region. We recommend the whole bean option as grinding the coffee beans before brewing will ensure the freshness of the product.  

Packaging & Shipping: Our roasted coffee is heat sealed in a resealable bag with a degassing valve to ensure freshness and shipped (for free in the US) within 24 hours of roasting.
