Today has been a day! Over and over I found myself so frustrated and on edge. I realized how much I truly needed to just step back and take a moment to just breathe. We give that grace to our students all day long and often forget that sometimes we, as teachers, need that time as well. When my kiddos went to library I decided to sit on the floor of my classroom library and dive into a new book that was so kindly given to me by a colleague today. In order to show up for my students, I had to pour back into myself. Book is: Teach Like A Champion by Doug Lemov
