ABOUT DENEAULT WATCH CO.:
- Deneault Watch Co. is a watch micro-brand, actually in start-up mode. As part of our business model, we would like to partner with influencers to come up with awesome watch designs. Every design will be sold in a limited quantity - based on a mutual agreement.

General process :

Step 1: Watch creation process. We take all the need time with you to come up with a final sketch version of your perfect watch. That includes setting up targeted sale price, targeted unit, providing advice on potential material for the different parts such as case, strap, glass, etc. (Time frame : as long as needed)

Step 2 : Financial evaluation of the project. Based on the initial requirements, we'll get a ballpark figure cost of the watch and we'll be providing you with a fully transparent cost breakdown structure. You will then be able to evaluate the project's rentability/feasibility .

Step 3: Once the sketch and the financial terms are approved, the prototyping part begins. Our third party manufacturer comes up with a real version of the watch to test. Modification can be made until you are fully satisfied. (Time frame : approximately 2 weeks)

Step 4: Once the prototype version is approved, we start producing the product (Time frame : approximately 4 weeks)

Step 5 : While the watch is being produced, the presale campaign starts. That's where you start advertising the watch on your social medias

Step 6 : Watch are received, packed and being shipped from our facility (Time frame : 1 week upon reception - depending on the total amount)

What WE are taking care of :
- Financial risk
- Technical specifications and prototyping
- Technical guidance (part options as strap, case, movement, hands, etc.)
- Transactional website (using Shopify)
- Sale taxes perception
- Shipping (packaging and cost)
- Warranty

What we need from YOU :
- Your personality
- Your time and inspiration for creating YOUR perfect watch
- Your marketing knowledge (including content creation to sell the watch)
- A “Thank you” note (to add in each box)

Profit sharing structure :

- As we are taking the financial risk and the ownership for packaging and shipping, the profit distribution will be 35% for you, 65% for us. We will be providing you with a fully transparent cost breakdown before moving forward with the project.
