Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Rosario Perez @Rosysonevida

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hello! My name is Rosario Perez, but everyone I know calls me Rosy! I recently turned 24 and gained a lot of insight of what I want my life to be. I moved to the United States from Mexico it was a long stressful proccess for my family, but all is awesome now. I currently work full time and go to school. But I realized that with social media I have gained so much more than a 5-9 job or an education can give me.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love fashion, adventure and learning about new cultures and people’s life styles and I love motivating people as well as being motivated and inspired. I’m currently trying a minimalistic life style and trying to go vegiterian — which has not been easy! I mainly post quotes to help people through out their days. I love helping people hence why I post them. I also post beauty and fashion post every once in a while since I get a few people who ask me questions on these topics. And I don’t mind since I love fashion and make up

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I grew up in a very strict, but supportive family. Which now I understand why. I was bullied Through out middle school and high school Until i got to my sophomore year. And that’s because I became more confinement in my self and realized I didn’t have to impress anyone. I needed to love my self and love the life that I lived. Since I wasn’t born in the United States I tried fitting in and what not to make up for I beloved I lacked. But eventually I learned to accept my self for who I am and be proud of what i am. Hence the rosysonevida came along. Vida translated in English means life so my name is rosy’s one life. And that’s all I have. I have one life to explore, grow, and inspire and that’s what I hope to do.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

What I don’t edit my photos…. ahaha jk. I would love to! I’m always preaching to my friends about the apps they should download to edit their photos. The two main apps I am using at the moment are Facetune, Snapseed , and to organize my lay out I use planoly.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Wow. This is so tough since I have such a wide range of interest and am always looking for inspiration in every aspect of my life. I would have to say Carly Christine (hope I spelled her name right) Lydia millen, tbh studying. Those are just a few. The list goes on.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

They need to try minimalism! And planning!! It’s amazing. You can gain so much by releasing you self of so many things both literally and mentally.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love the fact that I can inspire people. The fact that I can make someone’s day. Or be the reason why someone has not given up yet. I love helping people.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Research and believing in what you are doing. I think that what ever I post is usually something I really like that it comes out natural and people can relate to it.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

It’s very important. Just like you wouldn’t eat something that looks bad, or not Cooked well. Or wear clothing that wasn’t made properly and has holes in it. It’s the same thing with your content. It’s important to put effort into the the things you are posting especially if you are trying to be an influencer.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

The fact that we can help each other grow. There might be some things that are amazing, but no one would ever know about them. And it’s awesome that people can come together and help each other.
