1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’ll be completing my last year of high school in Rustenburg and I’m from Johannesburg.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Make-up selfies and anything of interest; I love beautiful things.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My name started off as @emotionalnovocain. Then a friend of mine commented on one of my posts saying “I love you emonovo” that was when I realised my name was too long hence @emo_denovo.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I use instagram filters or no filters at all.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Be themselves, be real. Show people who they really are.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

You inspire people to succeed in life, you give them hope that there is a way to make something of themselves.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Campaigns should reach consumers on a personal level, they should want to buy the product because it makes them feel “warm and fuzzy” inside.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Good quality + original content = happy comsumer. Because of that the brand’s product can be promoted through word of mouth

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Partnering with brands builds your image as well as theirs.
