Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Kassandra Varona @kassandravarona

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m in my last year of high school, enjoying it and living the best of it. I’m from a little island super close to USA called Puerto Rico. It has beautiful beaches and tropical weather all the time! Which is perfect to go to the beach even on Christmas.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

I love everything that has to do with adventure, trying new things like visiting new places, new foods, new styles and more. I enjoy taking my camera with me to every trip we take around our island and taking videos and pictures of everything that captures my eyes. I also love to play with makeup, creating new looks are some of my hobbies and post them on my instagram. I have some pictures or my pets, concerts and many more. Over all I love to share my life and happy moments on my instagram!

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

I wanted something that would be easy for people to find me, so I decided to just put my name and my last name as my username.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Sometimes I like to make my pictures brighter and make the colores pop-out. I use ‘VSCO’, and sometimes for my selfies I use ‘Facetune’ to even out my skin or make my eyes more shining. But not every picture is edited.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I used to try to imitate other peoples instagrams that I love but, I realized that being myself on my instagram and posting whatever I think is beautiful to me it’s want matters. Also, keeping a theme is very hard so I just share what I like and don’t have to worry about other things.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

I would love to try new makeups, outfits or just take new adventures.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Sharing my experiences with others. Letting them know that this world is a happy place and even though negative things are happening you can make the world a better place. Also sharing new things and things that actually do work would be a pleasure to me.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I would say sharing more their products, like this, letting other people share their products no matter the amount of followers they have. And also not selling their products so expensive because people who can’t afford it would buy the fake ones. But thag totally depends on the product and the seller.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Like I said, just being able to share their products with other people and letting them know that there’s products that actually do work and are amazing is what I like the most.
