Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Karese @3thechicway

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

My name is Karese and I was born in Belize. I am a chic mom of two boys, Caleb & Joshua. My blog is to inspire other moms that you don’t have to give up your fashion sense once you become a mother!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Fashion, Kids Fashion, Beauty, Parenting

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

My Instagram handle is a play on, “Three The Hard Way”. 3TheChicWay is a reference to myself and my two boys. We would always get asked where their clothes or shoes came from, so I decided to start blogging about it!

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

I take my pics with my Samsung DSLR camera, and then upload them to Instagram. I use the editing tools already in Instagram to brighten or enhance the photos. I do not use any other editing apps, I don’t believe in editing pictures too much.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Coconut oil. It removes makeup, it’s a great moisturizer for hair and skin. Coconut oil is life!

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love being able to inspire other moms to be their best self. Recommending something to my followers, and them loving it.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I have yet to run a major campaign, but being true to yourself never goes out of style!

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Everyone has a unique perspective, that is what should shine through your content. Don’t be afraid to be yourself and express your truest self!

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I have yet to partner with a major brand
