Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Hanye @Cabanye

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I was born In an beautiful island, Cuba but moved to the United States at a young age to accomplish my dreams and goals. I am proud to say I’m currently a grad student. However, with the studying I needed time for myself and as a hobby I opened an Instagram account to share a little bit of what I called art. Turns out my hobby became a passion. I have now more than 7,000 followers!

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My Instagram has a little bit of the things that define me as a person. I love fashion and modeling so I post a lot of Stylish photos! I also believe healthy eating is very important so I promote fitness and staying fit! I also posts motivational and inspiring quotes that I’m sure my followers appreciate.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Well took me a while to think of a name that people would like and remember, so I asked for suggestions and my husband came up with Cabanye! Is a mixture of my name and last name!

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Once I have the photo I want to publish I usually go to my instaFitApp which resizes my image In a way that it would fit on Instagram without the need of cropping it. It also has the advantage of attaching hashtags to your photo and uploading it on Instagram at once.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

Any person that has the confidence and motivation to put themselves out there and share with everyone their unique ideas, likes and talent are inspiring to me. My respects to all those who work hard on having such lovely profiles and interacting with all instagrammers!

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Interact!!! Socialize, comment back, give likes to other influencers and simply just share the love. I promise that by doing that you’ll receive back much more. Is just a rewarding feeling.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

Being about to share with everyone my photos and receiving all the likes and comments is just a great feeling! Motivating others and inspiring them to do what makes them happy is my goal.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Is very important to maintain authenticity! Being unique being you is what allows you to be successful and show your true colors. Doesn’t matter if is something different, if is beautiful to you is important. Be real always.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I’m actually a believer that if you have a photo you really like just post it. As long as it isn’t offensive In any way or form post it. The quality to me is how original your content is, not if the photo is HD or not.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I havent had that amazing opportunity yet but I’m working on getting better each day and hopefully soon I’ll be able to collaborate with brands.
