Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Feliciana Natali @felifeligood

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Hi! I am Feliciana Natali (Feli), a 21-years-old art student. I am currently studying in Nanyang Technological University, Art, Design and Media. I am from Indonesia.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

For my Instagram account, the topics of interest are fashion and art. I post fashion illustrations, some of my designs, my art projects and sketches.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Feligood is my twitter name. I made it as I was thinking of a pun from my own name: “very” is pronounced as feli for people who can’t say ‘r’. Hence, it became feligood. My Instagram name is felifeligood because feligood is already taken. Very very good is very good too, isn’t it?

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

As a art and design student, I use Photoshop and Lightroom for my artworks. But for a simple snap, I sometimes use Picsart, VSCOcam and the Instagram editing features. Nothing is really special about my photo-editing routine.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I like Kristina Bazan for her editorial-quality posts even though she is just a fashion blogger. From her blog, I realize quality is a virtue that makes one stand-out in this competitive social media world. Next is Kerrie Hess who is a fashion illustrator. I love her art and fashion style, and I am still wondering how she could maintain her ‘color-scheme’ in all of her photos.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

A cut-out fashion illustration. It’s simple yet artistic if you think enough about the ‘background’. (Check my instagram to get what I mean).

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I inspire more people than I thought. Some of my followers, who had less followers than me, now have more followers than me! I am proud 🙂 at the same time it fuels me to work harder.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Be creative. Infuse art into your post, because that what makes it different.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

For every post, think of it as the most important project you have ever had. Do your best. With that mindset, you head will brainstorm on how to execute the best quality and content.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

The sense of purpose, “wow what I like to do is useful for someone else!”
