Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Catalina @diamondsnlove

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

I’m studying Stylist and Personal Shopper. Currently I work, I have a fashion blog and lifestyle, attend events. I am parties decorator ; candybar decorator exactly. In my spare time I am a ballet dancer.

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

My areas of interest are fashion, styling, trends, accessories, shoes … everything related to the world of fashion because I am passionate about. I usually post on instagram pictures of my outfits, pictures about trends, shoes, fashion stuff, a little of my work day to day with the blog and also some of my lifestyle, collaborations I do and events to which invite me.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

The name of my instagram is the same as my other accounts, came to me the Twitter account; I thought of something glamorous and one of my favorite brands Chanel and: Karl Lagerferld once said something about diamonds that really fascinated me, and I thought these babies always have to go together something as beautiful as love, then I happened to join them with an ‘N’ like Guns n ‘roses which is one of my favorite bands.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

Normally I edit my photos on instagram, I game with the brightness, contrast, and with warmth. The photographs of professional photographers not edit. Sometimes I use VSCO CAM, but usually what I do is take the picture and go to edit the application of instagram and then hang up.

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I really really like Mary Seng @happilygrey, also Marianna Hewitt @marianna_hewitt ; Julie Sariñana @sincerelyjules, Gigi @gigi_vives, Christine Andrew @hellofashionblog, Jessica Goicoechea @gicoechea22, Sara @collagevintage, Aida Domenech @dulceida, Aimee Song @songofstyle. I really inspire much all have some similar styles but each has its seal, I could not stay with any because each inspires me to be like them in the future.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

Gain visibility and help each other with brands to do

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I think the best part of being an influencer is to have the ability to help people influencing them with good things, teaching them things they don’t know, they haven’t tried, have the power to show what they are missing out there it is one of the things that fills me. Able to influence them in things I really passionate, brands really worth.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

my advice to brands is made fresh and innovative campaigns with attractive things and where people can participate, authenticity is gained with campaigns that are attractive and give talk on networks that run like wildfire and above all real and close hire people to easily reach people.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

I think that having quality content is what really makes influencers, someone who conveys something to his followers, an attractive account gets followers, comments about what you share, with an original content you are the difference, marks trend and you do see.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Best of collaborating with brands to my point of view is the satisfaction of helping brands to be known as there are more people who can see and try at the same time the brand can help you to let you know a little more , it is gratifying to these collaborations because you get networking in both directions both brand like you.
