1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

Nationally recognized wellness expert Amina AlTai believes that authentic health and happiness can arise only from an integrative approach. 3) How did your Instagram name come about?

It’s very literal. I’m a busy entrepreneur that wanted to speak to other modern entrepreneurs focused on living well and getting ahead.

Savvy, educated and galvanized, today’s young women are taking over the world. Our biggest challenge? Taking care of ourselves. Conventional wisdom exhorts us to “carve out time” for self-care, using spare moments to squeeze in everything from workouts to relationships. In reality, most of us feel lucky if we squeeze in 10 minutes of Netflix before crashing into bed at night. For this generation, marginalizing “me” is a sure bet for burnout.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

Be authentic and dont overtly try to sell. Focus on product benefits to the end user but make it feel as organic as possible.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

This is hugely important. It’s more competitive for brands than ever before and allowing yourself to stand out via an innovative message or really high quality media is huge.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

Learning about new products and ways to improve the lives of my followers is always a huge win for us both.
