Instagram Influencer Spotlight On: Ahmad syahir bin kamarudin @imrsyahir

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What are you doing now and where do you come from?

My name is ahmad syahir bin kamarudin. My friends used to call me Syahir. I am a student. Currently I pursuing my study in foundation of engineering at CFSIIUM. I am from Ipoh, Perak (malaysia).

2) What are your topics of interest? What do you post on Instagram the most?

Most of the time i post something that i love to post. But recently , i have been worked with narratrs as a instagram influencer. So i went to shoot some that narratrs required and i post it on instagram.

3) How did your Instagram name come about?

Its start when i decide to choose a name when i start create the instagram account. The idea came out when my sister told me that ‘imrsyahir’ would be perfect. As no one had use it. So i decide to use it as my instagram name.

4) What are some apps you use to edit your photos? Share with us your photo-editing routine!

My favourite apps is adobe lightroom. Its simple. But the result is fantastic. Somehow i do use vsco and snapseed. But most of the time , adobe lightroom is still the best

5) Any Instagrammers whom you really like? Which Instagrammer inspires you the most?

I have been inspired by @z.own and @faliqfahmie the most. Their artwork such amazing. I in love with their artwork.

6) If there’s one thing your fellow Instagrammers just gotta try now, what’s it gonna be?

They should try something new and explore new place, new thing. Because sometime whatever we had just now are not enough. So we must try to learn and find something new.

7) What’s your favorite part about being an influencer?

I love to do this because i love to be on instagram. I love to shoot and post those stuff like branded thing.

8) What are some of your top tips to brands for running campaigns? How do you maintain authenticity?

I would suggest to brands to make their campaign simple and easy to track whenever they want to running a campaign. This is because nowaday there was too much advertisement that been so complicated with those word that was not really necessary. End up people will ignore it. So i suggest to brand out there to make it simple and easy to understand. And the most important things is, make it look interesting.

9) What would your advice be on the importance of quality and original content?

Its really necessary for us to keep our quality at the best. This is because this is what our customer looking for. Instead of rush to make something done, we should take precisely to maintain our good quality.

10) What do you like best about partnering with brands?

I like this because this will give me opportunity to learn something and give something. I will learn on how to shoot on whatever things did i have to and i will try my best to give the best to the brand.
