1)Tell us a little about this photo?
I was at Pulau Sembilan, an island in Perak, Malaysia famous for observation of Blue Tears. It was still open to public when I went but has been closed down by the government since 1 April 2017 due to certain reasons. It was spectacular to have witnessed Blue Tears myself and the experience was superior! I had no wi-fi, no tv and even no signal. I couldn’t go anywhere but stay right next to the beach because there was absolutely nothing else to do but wait. Blue Tears can only be seen at night so the whole morning and afternoon there was spent sitting under a covered area while we wait. Thank goodness I managed to see some Blue Tears (although not a lot) because some who went have reported seeing nothing at all! Nevertheless, it was the trip I value the most since it could be the last time I’d be there!
2)A catchy title for this photo?
Visiting the island now closed off to visitors
